Tetrapak.com, portal - mytetrapak.tetrapak.com and tetralaval.com are based on Adobe Experience Manager. A platform based on Java.

The development of the solution has been outsourced for 4 years and the time has come to hand over the development to line organization. The team consist of 20 consultants. UX, solution architects, Java developers, front-end developers and test resources working closely with 3 product owners.

Scrum Master /Project manager

- Ensure continued development and delivery of the the backlog.
- Move knowledge from consultants to employee and build up a team.
- Secure the team implement and work according to agile principles set up by Smart Sales program within Tetra Pak.
- Facilitate workshops and daily meetings.

- Coach and guide how tasks should be prioritized and prepared according to agile methods for both product owners and developers.

MHS is a retail logistic solution which provides the IKEA stores with functionality for goods handling, warehouse management, customer picking, sales location management and forecasting. MHS plays a major part in making IKEA a multi-channel retailer. MHS is the main application for the IKEA stores and being used in 400+ stores worldwide.
MHS is integrated to more than 40 other IT services.

MHS Development Center has started a journey to modernize the critical legacy system from current Itanium IA64 hardware to a x86 hardware.

- Identify and remove technical and non-technical impediments/blocker for the pilots and rollouts/migration both internally and externally
- Have a technical and architectural understanding and interest in the systems and IT landscape.
- Responsible for coordinating/ synchronisation the effort of the participating and dependent development teams and store teams.
- Responsible for communication and coordination with stakeholders globally
- Utilize the agile principles advantages in rollout to be able to be flexible if impediments/blockers are identified.

The project was a success and was done in 8 months.
The main reason was transparency, team spirit and a clear overview that gave all stakeholders an insight into what was to be done and when. Re-planning if necessary was quick implemented as the global teams was well prepared in advance.

Prediction was 16 months when assignment started.

Field Service Scheduling - Salesforce

The objective of the pre-study and eventual pilot was to review possible solutions that could provide craftsmen with an application working seamlessly on different platforms to keep track of their work and coming work in an simple interface easy accessible primarily on a mobile device.

- Plan and conduct workshops to evaluate solutions
- Plan and conduct a pilot evaluation with selected supplier.
- As project manager/product owner and developer do requirement analysis and carry out configurations and adaptations in the Salesforce platform to suit the needs of the craftsmen and supervisor

Result:
A number of systems and solutions were evaluated and were the basis of decision for contract writing with suppliers.

- Contract was written with a 3:e supplier of Salesforce based on requirement and documentation from evaluation study.
- the pilot solution was put into operation with 3 field services licenses, two craftsmen and one supervisor.

IKEA - Projekt Manager – Global Masterchef

Global Masterchef kitchen project
The business project had a vision to develop a seamless IKEA branded multichannel kitchen customer journey with the objective to contribute to growing IKEA kitchen business, increasing efficiency and significantly improving the customer experience. An existing solution based on a 3:th party vendor and supplier existed in the USA and the process of acquisition was started from the business side.

- Establish the agile way of working.
- Coordinate the IT delivery performed by several agile development team both internally within IKEA but also external vendors delivering part of the digital solution.
- Establishing a new agile product team delivering the IT solution.
- Coordinate and run the agile ceremonies.

Agila ceremonies was established. Kanban to handle and prioritise requirement was established. A pilot of solution with the integration was delivered and up and running. A scrum master was added to the business team.

IKEA BSGF - Project Manager - Office at the Sales Floor - O365

Prepare and rollout Office 365 to 130.000 co-workers in the stores including configuring the Office 365 platform and defining the ways of working. Beside implementing new workloads such as Teams and Sway also convert most of the users to use web-based office tools.

Woody Bygghandel - Project Manager Rollout Digital Store B2B

Project Manager responsible for rollout of e-commerce solution with a possibility to integrate with seven different ERP solutions.

"Plattan" is a newly developed e-commerce solution that will become a complement to the stores to offer sales through more channels. An e-commerce solution supported by all types of devices and having a flexible integration set up for more than seven business systems

- Prepare and plan the rollout with seven ERP partners with goal to finalize the rollout within six months.
- align the rollout with general management, IT Operation, IT Management and franchisees of Woody brand.
- Synchronize releases with ERP vendors and development team of web solution to secure a smooth and successful launch for each store.
- Establishing change management process in collaboration with a company specialist in this area.


All franchisees of Woody brand was successfully migrated to the new platform. We launched a number of instruction videos in collaboration with a broadcast company. Videos was adapted and distributed to different roles within the organization. Instructions and checklist was created. The rollout performed without disturbances.

IKEA IT - Pre-Study - Test Environment Optimization

The objective of the pre-study was to review what possible solutions that could provide the development projects within IKEA with quality assured test environment for integration tests.

IKEA has complex environments with many integrations. The big challenge in the new development project is not to apply new development methods, the challenge is setting up integration with existing legal systems and verifying that the solution works with existing solutions.

- Plan and conduct pilot evaluations with each of the suppliers.
- Compile work from workshops and pilots in a report as an appendix to decision documents

Several systems and solutions were presented and were the basis of decision for contract writing with suppliers.

- Create opportunities for employees to use modern platforms in their daily work by moving users from an on-prem solution based on a terminal server to a more modern cloud platform.

In corporation with IT vendor and Microsoft introduce management team in the possibilities using the cloud platform in its full context. One day hands-on workshop at Microsoft head quarter in Stockholm how to use and interact with all workloads in the platform which resulted in a go decision and kick off to migrate 350 users from Office 2010 on Terminal server solution to cloud solution and Office 365 in collaboration with IT supplier.

The project was successful and over a weekend all 350 users were migrated within budget and without disruption to the business.

Ework Group is the largest consultancy broker in the Nordic region with its headquarters in Stockholm. Ework has offices in Finland, Norway, Denmark, Poland, Great Britain and 4 offices in Sweden.

Ework Groups IT department consists of 28 employees. Most of the employees are developers who provide the business with solutions and updates of their proprietary business systems. Other employees handle office support and ensure IT infrastructure for all offices in cooperation with several external suppliers.

- Interim CIO with the task of ensuring the continued development of the proprietary business platform
- Ensure the availability of infrastructure. To the extent that there is a need for immediate improvements, present them to the management team for any action.
- Create an view of the current IT department and their delivery capabilities.

Review of IT vendor to improve user experience of IT infrastructure resulted in

- Hardware replacement plan and standardization of clients and mobile devices.

- Initiating and driver of procurement process of new IT vendor.
