Ework Group AB - Project Manager - Rollout Office 365

Ework Group is approximately 350 employees in 11 offices.
Ework Group is the largest consultancy broker in the Nordic region with its headquarters in Stockholm. Ework has offices in Finland, Norway, Denmark, Poland, Great Britain and 4 offices in Sweden.

- Create opportunities for employees to use modern platforms in their daily work by moving users from an on-prem solution based on a terminal server to a more modern cloud platform.


- Prepare and plan the migration.
- Align with stakeholders
- Coordination of launch and prioritization of the integration
- Responsible for budget, forecast and cost follow-up
- Responsible for planning, execution of rollout.
- Responsible for integration testing of all integrations.
- Responsible for change management and education of teams and management

In corporation with IT vendor and Microsoft introduce management team in the possibilities using the cloud platform in its full context. One day hands-on workshop at Microsoft head quarter in Stockholm how to use and interact with all workloads in the platform which resulted in a go decision and kick off to migrate 350 users from Office 2010 on Terminal server solution to cloud solution and Office 365 in collaboration with IT supplier.

The project was successful and over a weekend all 350 users were migrated within budget and without disruption to the business.
