IKEA BSGF - Project Manager - Office at the Sales Floor - O365

Prepare and rollout Office 365 to 130.000 co-workers in the stores including configuring the Office 365 platform and defining the ways of working. Beside implementing new workloads such as Teams and Sway also convert most of the users to use web-based office tools.

- Analyze business needs and ways of working
- Establishment of the platform, training, communication and change.
- Adoption of Office Online
- Validation of the solution and rollout.
- All IKEA Group stores including pick-up points and pop-up stores are in the scope.

Project was divided in following streams with a responsible stream leader.
- Establishment the platform
- How to work
- Rollout and technical support and enablement.

Functional in scope:
- Office Online
- Share Point online
- One Drive for business,
- Azure information
- Groups and Teams

Principle project consisting of
- 3 sub project managers
- 3 Business Analysts
- 2 Product specilists
- 2 Solution architechts
- 2 Change Management specialists
- a number of technical resources from different departments. In total 30 resources.

- Principle project manager
- Convening and running team meeting, follow-up meeting and steering group meeting.
- Bridging/unify business and R&D and ensure everyone strives towards the same goal.

Successfully the platform and governance structure established. Extensive material produced with videos and instructions for training and change management. Education plan created and executed. All coworkers migrated to office online and Teams.

Project Management, Stakeholder management, business sparring, communication, budget and forecast, process and governance.
